For many years our local Macaroni Grill was the place to go when we were in need of an easy atmosphere, good food, and a bottle of wine.
So how did Macaroni Grill come to be on my patio? It all started with an email and a question. The email was inviting me to use their catering service for a blog post review and some social media exposure; would I be interested. I said yes. Now on to the fun stuff; the process couldn’t have been easier. I was provided with a budget, a menu and a contact for any questions I may have. I selected a location, date and time with the number of guests (8 in all) and then decided what beverages I would provide. With some great suggestions from my contact, a bit of back and forth, working around some food allergies and health issues the menu and event were set.

I’ll admit I was a bit nervous. What was different about this event was I had always done my own preparations for all the food and such; so naturally, I had some trepidations regarding what would happen. I had already spent some time sprucing up our yard and patio. The drinks station set up was ready.
The food arrived at the appointed time with everything I needed. I had little to fear. We were all set. Now, all I needed were for my guests to arrive.
Once our guests arrived, it didn’t take long for everyone to help himself or herself to the delectable spread.
The event was a great success. Having Macaroni Grill cater the evening made it a breeze with little to no effort on my part. After indulging in the divine chocolate cake with whipped cream, everyone discussed their experience and all that was involved. All agreed the food was good and they would consider using Macaroni Grill for something in the future. We particularly like how Macaroni Grill made it so effortless; clean up took no time at all.
