I drink milk every day. I use it with my homemade granola in the morning for a quick breakfast. The problem is I never finish the half-gallon of milk before it goes bad and I wind up throwing it away. I decided that the solution might be to use powdered milk instead. That way I can make what I need and not waste so much milk. Don’t you think that sounds like it would work? Well, it did, but I just didn’t like the way the milk tasted. So I experimented and found a way to make it taste the way I like, and it almost tastes like the milk I buy at the store.
