Chardonnay y is not my favorite, but the descitionof the favors – warm shortbread, cinnamon, pear and melon overtones touch the nose, while flavors of fuji apple, tangerine, and pineapple citrus rest on the palate. Lingering hints of vanilla are present in the finish… makes me want to try Folie à Deux

  • Susan, I think I would love this Chardonnay! The tasting notes sound amazing, and the creaminess makes me think it would be termed a buttery Chardonnay? We paired one of those recently with a dark milk chocolate and it was heavenly.

Oh Yum. I do like the sounds of this Chardonnay. Thanks for sharing a the information about it.

  • Hi Susan,

When it comes to white wines, I’m always at a loss. The way you described Chardonnay and particularly this one, makes me want to go right out and taste it! I’m usually a red wine person, but during the Summer, it just doesn’t cut it.

I have tried some whites, but not Chardonnay. Now it’s time!

  • Hi Susan

Although, I am new into the world of wine, I love your wine review as it always keeps me seeking for more knowledge

    Thanks for sharing

  • Susan, you mentioned my absolute favorite Chardonnay, La Crema. I’m not a big white wine lover they tend to be too acidic for my taste. But I always searching for new whites wines to enjoy. I’ll give this one a try. The description of this wine sounds appealing, I”m anxious to give it a try.

I rarely drink but red wine appears more luxurious than white wine. I do like the taste of Chardonnay.

I am not a wine drinker but the description of the wine by the winemaker makes me wish for this wine. I always like to know how people choose names of their products, blogs and business. Knowing how that “Folie à Deux, meaning “a passion shared by two”chose their name is interesting. .
