• I love that name! Seems they have the best of everything with their location. Golf, eat, drink and have a wonderful time! Nice! 🙂

    • It’s a fun name and never hard to remember. It is a beautiful location and the food is to die for. 🙂

  • Jamie Gall

You’re a woman after my own heart when you talk wine 😉

    • Hi Jamie, WOO! HOO! I love it. WIne is such and interesting subject. 🙂

  • Vineyards top my list as one of the most beautiful types of settings in the world. Even with certain commonalities, each vineyard takes on a life and character of its own, which is then reflected on the wine being produced.

    • Hi Jeri, I couldn’t agree with your more. I think that is why I love to go to wineries. They each have a story and uniqueness all in their own. 🙂

  • I love the look of the wine caves Susan. In my state we have a region where their are many vineyards. It is called the Hunter Valley and your mention of concerts made me think of it as every now and then they will have concerts near vineyards.

    • Hi Susan, I have heard of Hunter Valley. Who know, maybe someday I have a chance to go there. Many times the larger wineries have amphitheaters that bring some amazing talent. Listening to a great performance in a beautiful location under the stars is such a wonderful thing to do. 🙂

  • Jon Jefferson

I love the work that goes into vinyards. Not necesarily where I would want to end up eventually but it wouldn’t be a bad thing if it happened.

    • Hi Jon, I do too. It is truly an art. It’s very hard work but you can’t beat the atmosphere. 🙂

  • Great deal of information about nth degree. Love that they will go to the nth degree to provide the quality.

    • Hi Bindu, I do too. I am so glad you enjoyed the article on Wente Vineyards. 🙂

  • Marie Cummins

I’ve never tried Wente before. I’m always looking for a new one to try so I’ll check out their table at the next tasting I go to. If you haven’t already tried anything by Charles Smith, give him a shot. His second line is an amazing value for such a well made wine. Kung Fu girl is a staple in my house, but I also love his Boom Boom Shiraz.

    • Hi Marie, I will differently check that out. You gotta love the names.

Wente is such a great wine to try. Let me know what you think when you do. 🙂

  • HB

I love the description of this winery. It sounds like a great place to spend the day.

    • Hi HB, You will love this place. When you go, let me know how your day went. 🙂

  • Julie

UHH!!! gotta go find me some of this. Sounds awesome.

  • Susan I don’t drink and yet I sure have a desire to visit this place. Your description and the picture makes it so inviting.

    • Hi Lydia, This is a location that is just so fun to visit , drinking wine is not required… LOL

  • Bethany Lee

This sounds like a fantastic wine. I love the name Nth and what it means. Also always impressed with companies that use sustainable practice. I would like to visit the winery tour the caves and eat at the restaurant too! And concerts to boot! They really have it going on!!

    • Hi Bethany, I know what you mean… very cool. It is a beautiful location and the food is amazing. 🙂

  • Jon C

Just cracked open a 2003 Nth Degree Syrah I’ve been holding onto since 2005. I thought it’d be a nice holiday wine and would be around its peak. I must say it’s absolutely fantastic and I wish I had another few bottles.

    • Boy do I agree Jon. I sure wish I had gotten a few more bottles of this amazing Merlot.
