Christmas trees are such wondrous things.  They hold so many memories.  Some are feeling of past memories while others are in a physical form, decorations collected over the years.

Here are my thoughts as I stare at my tree this year.

Do we always remember what Santa brought us when you were young?

What will be under your tree on Christmas morning?

Was it your hearts desire?

Was it what you asked for?

Finding our way now

Was it something that would become your best friend.

Did it bring us great joy?

Or was it the one thing we hadn’t thought of.
Or was it what we really needed?

What will be under our tree this year?

May your Holiday fill you with the joys of your inner child.
May you receive what you really need.
May you be happy on this Holiday Season.
My fondest wishes to you are yours in this Holiday Season!
Life’s journey continues…

Susan, You always have the most thought provoking posts. There is nothing under that Christmas tree that I need more than my family and friends. With them by my side I can conquer any mountain that lays a head. I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday…

Susan – you can tell a story with just your illustrations. I agree with Elizabeth. Friends & family are all I really need, anything else is just a bonus. :)

Hi Krystle, I only remember a few but not many. What I do remember was all the excitement and anticipation of Santa, the christmas lights and Christmas trees. :-)
