    • You will just love this recipe. I couldn’t be any easier and it’s a hit every time I serve it. 🙂

  • That’s declicious!! We used to bake brie like that already when I was a teenager. Another favourite was fried camember with fried parsley and serve with cloudberry jam.

    • Gosh, that would be amazing. I will need to try that. This one is pretty good too. It is a household favorite. 🙂

  • THIS has my mouth watering Susan. I love baked brie. We have a small, regional, local supermarket who has a baked brie with cranberries during the winter holidays. Yours sounds like it could rival the taste of theirs! Thanks.

    • WOW! That sounds incredible. I would love to see what you think about this one. When you give this one a try, it let me know your thoughts. 🙂

  • that sounds yummy. i normally love my baked brie served under mango chutney with a sprinkle of curry powder but i’ll have to try it “your” way.

    • Your recipe sounds pretty awesome too. If you give this one a try, let me know how you liked it. 🙂

    • The Brie in France is pretty dare good. However, we now have great artisan Brie cheeses here now, so that makes this recipe even better. 🙂

  • Martin Casper

This looks quite delicious. Personally, I am not a Brie fan, but it looks worth a go. I wonder about substituting another cheese in its place?

    • It is really good. You could try it with a Camembert. It is a bit softer and my not need the same amount of baking time. 🙂
